I don't think it was the last Black Dagger Brotherhood novel. Because...
1) Vicious found out he has a sister and she threatened to kill their mother, the scribe virgin.
2) in a previous novel Vicious foresaw that he would call a human male brother
3) Quinn and Blay have tons of sexual tension and even though it looks like Quinn is letting Blay go I don't think they're done yet!
